Nuestro Global Employee Experience Shared Service Center (SSC) se encuentra en un proceso de transformación para centralizar y elevar la gestión de las operaciones financieras a nivel regional. El objetivo de este rol es ayudar a construir y fortalecer la supervisión financiera centralizada para Employee Experience, con un fuerte enfoque en mejorar la facturación, los flujos de pago, la visibilidad de reportes y la eficiencia de los procesos en un entorno global.
Como Senior Financial Analyst - Global HR Ops/EE, reportarás directamente al Global Employee Experience Leader y desempeñarás un papel clave en el diseño e implementación de un modelo centralizado de operaciones financieras. Este no es un rol transaccional tradicional; en su lugar, actuarás como un impulsor clave de transformación, ayudando a redefinir cómo se gestionan la facturación, el gasto de proveedores y la visibilidad financiera en múltiples países.
Combinarás conocimiento de contabilidad operativa, mejora de procesos y pensamiento analítico para establecer nuevos procesos, optimizar flujos de trabajo existentes y generar insights relevantes que faciliten mejores decisiones. Este rol es ideal para alguien que se desenvuelve bien en la ambigüedad, disfruta construir desde cero y está motivado por el impacto y la autonomía.
