Verificar la consistencia y exactitud de los soportes físicos y digitados enviados por Operaciones. Asegurarse de que los documentos cumplan con los requisitos legales y fiscales aplicables. Identificar y reportar inconsistencias o errores en la información recibida para su corrección antes de ser procesada. Mantener un registro detallado de los soportes revisados y entregados. Comunicar cualquier observación sobre los soportes directamente al área correspondiente para ajustes oportunos. Brindar seguimiento a la entrega de soportes pendientes. Organizar y mantener archivados los soportes revisados para su consulta durante auditorías internas o externas. Atender consultas de proveedores sobre el estado de sus pagos y gestionar soluciones a problemas relacionados con las cuentas por pagar. Identificar oportunidades para mejorar los procesos de cuentas por pagar y proponer soluciones para aumentar la eficiencia. Apoyar en la auditoría interna y externa proporcionando la documentación y el análisis necesarios.
