We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary leader who is passionate about recruiting, training, and retaining top talent. 


  • Plan and execute OKRs for all Talent functions
  • Lead a team of 3+ direct reports across Recruitment, L&D, and People Ops
  • Manage and improve company-wide processes for compensation, benefits, leave, retention, disciplinary matters, succession, performance management, team engagement, and community impact
  • Analyze talent data metrics and make recommendations for improving productivity and performance (e.g. applications, turnover, performance ratings, engagement surveys, exit interviews).
  • Communicate company news and updates effectively across the organization


  • Completed University degree
  • HR education such as a degree or certification
  • Desire for a long-term position
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with significant experience leading teams in LatAm
  • Quick adaptability and excellent communication skills (C1 proficiency in English).
  • Experience working in remote or hybrid work environments.
  • Tech-savvy with experience in project management and HR tools.
  • Expert knowledge of HR policies, regulations, compliance standards, and HR data analytics.
