We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary leader who is passionate about recruiting, training, and retaining top talent.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute OKRs for all Talent functions
- Lead a team of 3+ direct reports across Recruitment, L&D, and People Ops
- Manage and improve company-wide processes for compensation, benefits, leave, retention, disciplinary matters, succession, performance management, team engagement, and community impact
- Analyze talent data metrics and make recommendations for improving productivity and performance (e.g. applications, turnover, performance ratings, engagement surveys, exit interviews).
- Communicate company news and updates effectively across the organization
Requirements:
- Completed University degree
- HR education such as a degree or certification
- Desire for a long-term position
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with significant experience leading teams in LatAm
- Quick adaptability and excellent communication skills (C1 proficiency in English).
- Experience working in remote or hybrid work environments.
- Tech-savvy with experience in project management and HR tools.
- Expert knowledge of HR policies, regulations, compliance standards, and HR data analytics.
