Role Overview :
We are seeking a motivated and self-driven Commission-Based Sales Representative to join our team. Your primary role will be to sell marketing and development services to merchants on Shopify, focusing on companies with annual revenues between $2M and $25M. You will be responsible for generating your own leads, building relationships with potential clients, and closing sales in collaboration with a Solutions Engineer.
Key Responsibilities :

Lead Generation : Identify and reach out to potential clients within the Shopify ecosystem, targeting businesses with revenues between $2M and $25M.

Sales Process : Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, working closely with a Solutions Engineer to provide technical expertise during the sales process.

Consultative Selling : Understand client needs and propose tailored marketing and development solutions that address their specific challenges.

Relationship Building : Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships and recurring maintenance contracts.

Sales Targets : Achieve a minimum of two maintenance contract closures per month.

Training & Development : Participate in the training provided to enhance your understanding of our services and selling techniques.
Commission Structure :

Commission : Earn a fixed commission rate based on the size of the maintenance contracts you close. There are no ceilings or caps on potential earnings. All commissions are paid in USD.
Requirements :

Language : Advanced English for sales and the ability to discuss slightly technical concepts in English

Experience : Come with experience in sales, preferably in a commission-based role within the marketing, e-commerce, or technology sectors.

Skills : Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to identify client needs and present compelling solutions.

Self-Motivation : Highly self-motivated and capable of working independently as a contractor.

Technical Acumen : Basic understanding of Shopify and e-commerce platforms and / or digital marketing is preferred, but not required.

Remote Work : Ability to work remotely from your own home with a reliable internet connection.
